Hi, my name is Karolina Regucka. I am very grateful that you want to see who I actually am, so me introduce myself a bit.

I am 36 years old specialist with over 10 years of experience in management. I was born and raised in Kraków, Poland; currently I live in Reykjavík, Iceland. I was studying law at Jagiellonian University, but it has never become my true profession.

From the beginning of my professional career I have been involved - to a greater or lesser extent - in project management and customer service. At one of my first work I was managing clients service department, establishing contacts with foreign clients, I was responsible for synchronization of time schedules, deadlines and coordination of supply chain. It was a great lesson for me that probably led me to develop myself as a business strategist and project manager.

At the age of 28 I started my own company, quite unexpectedly, and I was running it for seven years gathering knowledge about time and tasks management, human resources, technical background of business (offline and online) and providing high quality client service. In 2013 I decided to start another company: distribution of completely new and unknown brand in Poland. Dexshell turned out to be my huge and personal success: I was able to build a recognizable brand by investing less than three thousand dollars in that startup. I have moved to Iceland over a year ago and I started to work in Nostra Ræstingar Ehf. I was delegated to reorganise and establish work of a laundry at first. I was managing a team of fifteen people. The laundry started to work with no delays and no overtime work after two weeks - what I see as a small success of mine. After three months, I was delegated to different department where I was responsible for cleaning services provided for hotels’ and AirBNB apartments' owners. I am an independent thinker who plays for the team. As a person: open minded, intelligent and versatile. I believe that amazing effects come from good, clearly tasked management. I am perfectly organized, solid and ambitious. I can work hard and smart at the same time. Anything else? Well, I am a marketing freak always looking for new ideas.
